1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the "ScaleX Invest" Add-on for Google Sheets (the "Add-on"). The Add-on is a supplementary tool made available exclusively to existing clients of the ScaleX Invest platform under an active subscription or service agreement with Scalex Invest ("the Agreement"). These Terms do not replace the Agreement; where they conflict, the Agreement governs.
2. Eligibility
Access to the Add-on requires a valid ScaleX Invest client account in good standing. Scalex Invest may suspend or revoke Add-on access at any time if your underlying subscription ends, lapses, or is terminated, or if you breach these Terms or the Agreement.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, Scalex Invest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Add-on solely for your own internal business purposes in connection with your ScaleX Invest account.
4. Your data
The content of the Google Sheets you use with the Add-on remains yours. The Add-on reads and writes data only within the spreadsheet where it is installed, and sends requests to Scalex Invest's backend solely to retrieve the investment/fund/portfolio data your account is entitled to access, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not access other files in your Google Drive or any other Google service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Add-on's source code beyond what Google's platform permits; use the Add-on to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access; or use the Add-on in a way that violates applicable law or Google's own terms for Google Workspace Add-ons.
6. No warranty
The Add-on is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalex Invest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Add-on's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Custom formula results depend on the underlying data available in your ScaleX Invest account at the time of calculation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalex Invest's liability arising from your use of the Add-on is limited as set out in the Agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update the Add-on or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through your ScaleX Invest account or this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
Either party may stop using/providing the Add-on at any time. Termination of the Agreement automatically terminates your right to use the Add-on.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, consistent with the Agreement.
